When you install and use Bulk Gift Card, we may access or process:

• Store data: store name, myshopify domain, store email, and currency (required for gift card creation).
• Gift card data: generated gift card codes, value, and expiry date.
• Email recipients: email addresses provided by the merchant to send gift cards.

We do not collect customer payment details, personal addresses, or browsing data.

2. Use of Information

We use the collected store and gift card data solely to:

• Generate and deliver gift cards through Shopify’s API.
• Send generated gift cards to the provided recipient emails (as per merchant instruction).
• Maintain proper functionality of the app.

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

• All data is securely stored and processed through Cloudways (USA) hosting.
• We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Data related to gift card batches is automatically deleted within a limited retention period after processing or as required by the merchant.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties except:

• Shopify, as required to fulfill the app’s core functionality.
• When required by law or to comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain generated gift card data only as long as necessary to complete the process. After the batch expires or is deleted by the user, related data is automatically removed from our systems.

6. Your Rights

Store owners can contact us at any time to request deletion of store-related data or to verify what information is stored.

7. Data of Shopify Customers

The app processes only the email address of the recipient to deliver a gift card. No other personal data (such as name, address, or payment info) is collected or stored by us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Updates will be posted within the app or on our listing page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
